Canada Post Strike Shipping Information

Important information regarding possible Canada Post disruptions:

RedBow Co. uses Purolator as our main parcel delivery partner and shipping service to physical street addresses and this option will remain as normal for orders if a physical street address is provided for shipping!

Due to the ongoing disruption of Canada Post services (strike), orders destined for P.O. boxes, fly-in communities and remote (beyond) destination areas cannot be delivered via Canada Post.

Purolator does not deliver to P.O. Boxes! Please provide a physical street address for shipping when completing your order to ensure your order can ship via Purolator without delay. If you checkout and complete your order with a P.O Box shipping address or if your address is beyond destination (outside of the normal service area of the courier Purolator) you will be contacted for alternative options due to the Canada Post strike.

Alternative options for shipping include shipping your order to your nearest Purolator location where your package can be held for pickup by you!
